Safari options

We recommend a stay of at least 4 to 5 nights in Kruger, which will give you the opportunity to explore different habitats and areas of this vast park.

Self Drive – rental vehicles can be picked up from O.R. Tambo International Airport, Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport, Skukuza Airport or Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport. With this option we book your rental vehicle and accommodation and you drive yourself around the park using one of the excellent guide maps you will receive with your travel documents.

Guided Safari – your Nature Travel guide can pick you up from any of the airports listed above from where your safari will start. Guided safaris can be conducted in an air-conditioned vehicle or an Open Safari Vehicle (OSV). A typical day on a guided safari includes morning and afternoon game drives and depending on your interests (wildlife, nature, birdwatching) your guide will customize the routes to your preferences.
