Welcome in Namibia! Upon arriving at the HK International you will be welcomed by your Safari Pilot. After introductions & a briefing will you be escorted to your awaiting aircraft to start your Fly-in Safari.
After taking off you will have a little over a 1-hour flight to reach your upmarket accommodation located in the Namib-Naukluft.
Upon arrival you will check in and enjoy the luxurious surroundings before having your first dinner in Namibia.

Day 2: Sossusvlei
Today you will be able to participate in numerous activities the lodge has to offer.
One morning Sossusvlei excursion, Living Dunes Experience, Desert People Experience, Desert Rock Experience, Desert Drive, Big Dune Walk, Stargazing and Self Exploration (E-biking and Hiking).
Enjoy dinner under the Namib stars one last time before we make our departure north the following morning.

Day 3: Swakopmund
After breakfast you will have a short drive to the runway. After taking off you will be welcomed by endless red dunes as your pilot takes the scenic flight to Swakopmund. You will fly over Deadvlei, shipwrecks, Sandwich Harbour, and the coastal town of Walvis Bay.

This scenic flight will be approximately 1h20 minutes and will be a highlight of your safari. Upon landing at Swakopmund Airport you will be transferred to your Hotel in Swakopmund. Enjoy a lovely seafood dinner at one of the many restaurants this coastal town has to offer.

Day 4: Damaraland
After a scrumptious breakfast you have the possibility of enjoying a morning activity before being dropped off at Swakopmund Airport for your scenic flight to Damaraland. This flight is 1h20 minutes and you will see highlights such as shipwrecks, Cape Cross, the Ugab river and of course Namibia’s highest mountain, Brandberg.
We will be at our lodge in time for a rest before meeting for a sundowner drink, while we enjoy the view over this rugged but beautiful landscape.

Day 5: Damaraland
Today you have a full day to explore Damaraland. This beautiful mountainous region is home to an assortment of scientifically important desert-adapted wildlife such as elephant, rhino, zebra and lion, which somehow survive and thrive in this near-barren landscape. We hope to see some of them; a special treat indeed!
On our way back to the Lodge we will visit Twyfelfontein, another UNESCO World Heritage Site. Meaning “uncertain spring” in Afrikaans, it is a massive open-air art gallery in the northwestern Kunene region that is of great interest to international rock art connoisseurs.
We will enjoy dinner and sit around the camp fire reminiscing about our wonderful trip so far.

Day 6: Etosha East
After our last breakfast in Damaraland we will make our way to the runway to depart for Etosha National Park. The name Etosha actually means “great white place” referring to the massive (130km long and 50km wide) dry pan in the middle of the park, believed to have been formed over 100 million years ago.

Upon arriving at the lodge after our 1h30 minute flight we will enjoy a fresh lunch and relax by the pool when the sun is at its highest. This afternoon you will participate on your first Etosha game drive.
Returning for dinner, you can enjoy an early night as you have a full day of activities tomorrow.

Day 7: Etosha East
We will explore the eastern side of world famous Etosha park today, going for a morning drive after breakfast and returning for lunch and a break in the heat of the day.
We will return to the park for an afternoon game drive and then enjoy dinner back at the lodge again. Remember to look up before settling into your bed tonight – the African night sky, undisturbed by city lights out here in the bush, is truly amazing.

Day 8: Caprivi
We will leave Etosha relatively early this morning after breakfast, making our way northeast for a 2h50 hour flight. We will stop at Rund to refuel and stretch our legs.

We are heading for the Caprivi, one of Namibia’s (and southern Africa’s) hidden secrets. The Caprivi with its lush green woodlands and big wide rivers is completely different from what we have experienced in Etosha, and a further illustration that Namibia is not all dust and sand!

We will arrive at our lodge, but not before taking their 4×4 game viewing route. Be sure to keep your eyes open for many varieties of wildlife you will encounter in the lush vegetation.
We can enjoy our first dinner under the Jackalberry trees while sipping on crisp white wine observing the wildlife that make their way pass the deck.

Day 9: Bwabwabata National Park
Today we will have an exciting game drive into the Bwatbwata National Park. The park is knows for its large concentration of buffalo, elephants and hippo.
We will return for lunch and have a siesta before enjoying a boat cruise on the Kwando river. Hippos and crocodiles are sure be our highlight!

Day 10: Return to Windhoek and departure
After an early breakfast we will make our way back to the runway. Our flight will be approximately 3h50 hours. This will be a scenic flight over Khaudum National Park, Waterberg and finally disembarking at Eros Airport in Windhoek.

Depending on your departure flight, you can either have a transfer back to HK International or opt for an overnight in Windhoek, the country’s capital.
